Acceptance of terms

Access to Aviatrack is provided to authorized users of a subscribing flight department or organization. By signing in, you agree to use the platform in accordance with these terms and the policies of your organization.

Authorized use

• Accounts are issued by your organization's administrator and are not transferable.
• Credentials must be kept confidential; report any suspected unauthorized access to your administrator.
• Access to a given module (main operations, RW-FDTL, AMP-DTL) is limited to what your account has been granted.

Accuracy of records

Your organization is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of flight, crew, duty, and rest data entered into the platform. Aviatrack provides tools to check that data against applicable compliance rules but does not independently verify the underlying facts entered by users.

Availability

Aviatrack is provided on an "as is" basis. The platform may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or updates; where possible, this is scheduled to minimize disruption to operations.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
